Muscat – The Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS) has urged people with negative blood types to come forward and donate.

In a statement, DBBS said, ‘Blood banks are facing difficulty in providing negative blood types (A-, AB-, B-). If your blood type is negative, we urge you to donate at Central Blood Bank Bausher because there are people in dire need of this blood type.’

People can donate blood from 8am to 8pm, from Saturday to Thursday, and from 8am to 2pm on Friday.
